Product Features (Offset Paper Laminated Greyboard)
High Thickness & Strong Rigidity: Compared with standard offset paper, laminated offset cardboard can achieve thicker structures ranging from 1mm to 3mm or more, providing excellent stiffness, shape retention, and folding durability.
Flat & Smooth White Appearance: The laminated offset paper surface provides a flat, uniform, and clean white visual effect with a premium appearance, perfectly suitable for high-end packaging applications.
Excellent Converting Compatibility: Its high flatness, dimensional stability, and superior ink/glue receptivity flawlessly support offset printing, silk screen printing, hot stamping, embossing, and die cutting.
Eco-Friendly & Recyclable: Combining virgin offset paper with recycled greyboard, it delivers high-quality printing while supporting sustainable, recyclable packaging solutions.

Factory & Workshop Overview

FAQ
1. How does laminated greyboard compare to regular offset paper in printing?
Regular offset paper is thin and mainly used for inner pages. Our laminated greyboard combines the best of both worlds: it retains the excellent ink/hot-stamping affinity and high whiteness of offset paper on the surface, while the high-density greyboard core provides the structural strength, heavy weight, and flatness needed for rigid boxes.
2. What custom specs do you support? Do you offer both C1S and C2S options?
Yes, we supply both C1S (single-sided offset) and C2S (double-sided offset) laminated boards. We support custom thicknesses from 1mm to 3mm+ (custom sheet sizes and greyboard grades available) to perfectly match your specific structural design.
3. Do you offer free samples? What is your typical lead time for bulk orders?
Yes, we provide free stock samples (A4 size) for your stiffness and gluing tests. For custom bulk orders, our standard lead time is 7–15 days, depending on your specific volume and customization requirements.
4. Is the laminated board odorless? Can it be used for luxury perfume and cosmetic packaging?
Absolutely. We use premium, eco-friendly water-based adhesives during the lamination process. The finished board is virtually odorless and free from harmful volatile chemicals, perfectly meeting the strict odor and safety standards required by luxury perfume and skincare brands.
5. Does this laminated greyboard support clean die-cutting for complex box structures?
Yes. Our board features a high-density, tightly bound greyboard core and precise moisture control. During high-speed die-cutting, it cuts crisply with cleanly finished edges, without tearing the offset paper face or producing excessive paper dust, extending your mold’s lifespan.
